- One-way traffic is applied on the east side frontage road of East Outer Ring Road from north (Pulogebang Terminal) to south (Cakung Station).

According to him, road users on the Pulogebang Toll Exit lane are not allowed to take a U-turn to south or towards Cakung Station.
"Road users from Pulogebang Toll Exit are directed to go straight, then turn left towards East Jakarta Mayor Office or turn right to East Jakarta Mayor Flyover ramp that leads to the east," he said.
Cakung Flyover, he continued, was built to reduce congestion due to rail crossing and minimize accidents. Because congestion often occurs in the area, especially in the morning and evening when density of vehicles increases accompanied by busy train schedule.
"Cakung Flyover is built to eliminate rail crossing which previously caused congestion and was prone to accidents," he stated.
Cakung Flyover construction progress has touched 99 percent. His side is currently building the side roads under flyover, fixing sidewalk and garden work under flyover, and road marking on the frontage road.
"There are still works to do such as tidy up land on west side of Cakung Flyover (west side of BKT) and other work to improve the flyover," he conveyed.
